DILAPIDATION REPORTS AND DEFECTS

Dilapidations Inspection Reports are often a Council Condition of a Development Application for a construction project. These reports provide a record of the current condition of a property at a point in time and are generally undertaken on adjoining properties prior to the construction project commencing. At STRUCTURE, we undertake several dilapidation reports annually to assist our clients in complying with Council Conditions and receiving their Construction Certificates.

We also have a depth of experience in producing structural defect reports which not only identify the structural defects but also illuminate the cause and recommended remediation action required. We have reported on structural issues such as concrete cancer, foundation subsidence, steel corrosion and much more.
