Extensive structural modifications to an existing 1970s timber framed residence at Palm Beach. Structural services included external landscaping works such as the design of a new pool, retaining walls, external decking and a carport. Modifications to the residence included internal layout reconfigurations and the construction of an external steel framed deck.
