STRUCTURE have an accomplished background in designing alterations and additions to existing recreational and leisure facilities such as Bowling Clubs, RSL Clubs and sporting facilities of various nature. Often working in remote regional locations, we work with the design team and client to breathe new life into ageing facilities that have developed operational inefficiencies. Recent work includes the large scale expansion of a bowling club to accommodate outdoor gaming and new car-parking in Sydney’s West and a major alterations project to an Ex-Services Club in Orange in Regional NSW. Below is a summary of each of the structural services that we offer.

INTERIOR FIT-OUTS

Our team has worked on numerous club fit outs ranging from minor works to larger and more complex additions. Often these buildings have undergone numerous alterations and additions over the course of their life and so we advocate thorough site investigation to ensure that the new structural elements can be seamlessly integrated into the existing building. Our detailed investigative approach to these projects ensures that unwelcome latent site conditions, which can negatively impact upon the construction program, are minimised.
