SURRY HILLS HOUSE
Surry Hills House is a major renovation of a late 19th century terrace house. The building was in extremely poor condition with only the party walls and external façade walls being retained.
The new construction comprises of a concrete raft ground floor slab with a timber and steel framed floor and roof structure. STRUCTURE provided a construction methodology and temporary works design for the temporary stability of the building during construction. We also provided remedial advice for the permanent stabilisation of retained party walls and front façade.
