WAVERTON HOUSE
Waverton House comprised extensive alterations and additions to a family home located in a heritage conservation street in the leafy suburb of Waverton. The primary structural challenge was the retention of the existing brick gable to the rear of the property which was temporarily supported above the construction site until the supporting concrete slabs and structural steel were inserted to provide permanent support. The remainder of the building was majorly reconfigured including extensive wall removals, new stairs and roof alterations.
